We can provide to you a security key which enables you 24 hour access 7 days a week to your unit.
We welcome you to have a hands on view of the storage space as it is many times easier to see the size you may need before renting.
For safety and control we do not allow flammable or hazardous materials, food, or liquid.
We ask for photo identification eg. drivers licence when a rental contract is signed.
The rental period is month to month and based on the anniversary date of the contract.
By pro-rating daily we will only charge you the period for the rental of the unit.
We will not charge for a full month although a minimum rental is for 2 weeks and pro-rated daily.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit, Cash or Money Orders. To ensure up to date monthly payments, we recommended you use our auto-pay monthly plan. You simply charge your credit card on the monthly anniversary date of your move in.
We do not provide insurance and it is the responsibility of the renter to have home owners insurance up to date to protect your belongings. Home owners insurance will cover storage of your property.
As an added convenience for our customers, we provide a secure lock to you free of charge upon move in. It is yours to keep which only you will have the key for access.
It is necessary that we have a current record of any changes to address and contact numbers on file. When a change occurs please provide in person or in writing the updated information.
We ask that you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before your planned move out.
